As the appointed incumbent City Council Member District 4, I am honored to have served all the residents of Cape Coral, since December 2023. With over 30 years of experience in public administration, including 25 years in law enforcement, I bring a wealth of expertise to this role. I take great pride in my commitment of being open and responsive to those I represent. I also declined to receive the stipend that was voted on prior to my appointment.
Throughout my career, I have showcased strong leadership and adept problem-solving abilities across various facets of public administration. I have spearheaded the development and execution of strategic plans, policies, and programs to tackle multifaceted challenges and drive positive transformation.
Furthermore, I have effectively managed budgets, resources, and personnel to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Building strong relationships with stakeholders,and governmental entities has been pivotal in my endeavors and success. Through collaborative efforts and effective communication, I have consistently achieved successful outcomes.
My academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Barry University, complemented by graduation from the prestigious FBI National Academy. I remain steadfast in my commitment to delivering exemplary public service to the residents and businesses of Cape Coral.
